Lakota Nation Artist and Activist Releases Her New Single “Home Runs”

THE ARTIST

Lakota Nation artist and activist, Stella Standing Bear releases her uplifting rap record “Home Runs.” Previously known for her underground Soundcloud presence, her relaunch as Standing Bear is monumental to her career. Passionate about her heritage and craft, this artist is an inspiration to many and someone to watch closely.

THE MUSIC

The song starts with pop-punk chords reminiscent of the early 2000’s. She instantly opens with the chorus that immediately grabs your attention through hard-hitting 808’s, bouncy hi-hats and Standing Bear’s powerful vocal melodies saying:
