Each Measure Feature: Hollow Profit

FEATURE

Hip-hop fans searching for a groovy collaboration should look no further than that of Hollow Profit and Ben Beal. Hollow Profit is a hip-hop artist with over a decade’s experience of writing, recording, and performing songs. Ben Beal is a jazz rapper with a show coming up on November 3, 2024, at Genghis Cohen in Los Angeles, USA. These two have joined forces to create a track entitled “Birds & Bullets,” which is part of the Hollow Profit’s “CUIBONO?” album.

“Birds & Bullets” is a track with a very pleasant, easy-on-the-ears jazz instrumental, which serves as the background beat. It features horns that fade in and out over the course of the track, a nice, easy, and consistent percussion, a groovy bass, and what sounds like a xylophone, which ties together the whole instrumental track with catchy and relaxing treble. The flow of the bars is extremely smooth, with extremely creative rhymes and bars that characterize a very interesting scene of danger, community, and wealth. Hip-hop fans will enjoy this new track from Hollow Profit and Ben Beal, a collaboration that shows much promise from both parties.
