Tess Posner is a piano and keyboard-based pop artist who possesses immense songwriting talent. Her emotional tunes pull at the strings of the hearts of her listeners, and that experience is only exemplified by the clear and masterful production of her music. Through her music, Posner aims to inspire self-discovery, healing, and change. These themes are present throughout her latest single entitled “All There Is”, which was released on all streaming platforms on July 31, 2024, and co-written by Rob Wells, Anthony Postman, and Tess Posner herself.

“All There Is” is a somber tune that deals with the anxiety of separation from companions and the ending of meaningful relationships. It is inspired by the experience of losing a loved one and incorporates many of the deep and impactful emotions that are inherent to that experience. In the song, there is a narrator who is conflicted between basking in the love of the present and fearing the future loss of a partner. As the song describes, this paradox can make it seem as though the world is ending. The solution to the paradox, however, is also found within Tess Posner’s new single: the love for others that we hold in the present is eternal. So, even if companions leave or meaningful relationships end, the love we have for them will remain with us always as we carry on in our lives. To call upon the name of the single, that love is “all there is”, despite all the change, pain, and fear that challenge that love.
