FEATURE

Meet Naomi Rush, from Bristol, England. She has taken her own distinctive path since her band Pixi Encore, where she began working with giants like Bring Me the Horizon and Gunship. Her music degree and most recent certification in music therapy infuse Naomi’s music with mental health advocacy as well as diving into intense emotions. That’s not everything about Naomi; her life is also filled with fascinating idiosyncrasies derived from magic and fantasy tales. She does incredible solo work that combines charm with authentic sound.

Naomi Rush’s first single, “Anima,” is a delicate story leading through a deep conversation between an emotionally exhausted adult and an ignored inner child. The song was produced by Matt the Vessel in 2021, during the global pandemic. This track dives into the dark night of human experience. The heaviness of guitars and synthesizers, along with the lofi beats, are beautifully illuminating the lightness and enchantment that lie within us. Naomi's vocal prowess, transitioning effortlessly from delicate celestial highs to resolute vigor, leave an indelible mark on one’s soul. We are excited to see what’s next for this talented artist.
