Tempo Talks: A Conversation with Josh Tepper

THE RELEASE

Josh Tepper, who was born and raised in New York City's busy streets, is a diverse artist whose abilities transcend music, movies, and the performing arts. He began his creative career as a vocal major at New York City's famed Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music, Art, and Performing Arts. Josh pursued Cinema Studies at NYU's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts to further his artistic endeavors. Josh Tepper is a twin that lives in the center of New York City and collaborated on his artistic ventures with Madisyn, an actress, artist, and current playboy model.

Josh Tepper and Madisyn, two extremely gifted artists and longtime friends, collaborate on the emotionally charged tune "Built Me." "I wrote Built Me as an ode to past relationships that weren't necessarily good for me, but I missed the person anyway," Tepper explains. It takes cues from renowned artists such as Hilary Duff, Justin Timberlake, and early Britney Spears, fusing pop and R&B into a sound that smoothly blends nostalgia with modern talent. In the lively metropolis of Los Angeles, "Built Me" highlights Josh Tepper's heartfelt lyrics and vocals, which are flawlessly complimented by Madisyn vocal repertoire. "Built Me" is more than just music; it's a sincere story that invites listeners to go deep into their emotions and memories.
