Introducing Intra, who’s lyrical prowess started at Calabar High School in 2005. There he first used the name Intratek, which was soon dropped in favor of Intra. His development as a young artist was driven by his ability to weave words, syllables, and beats into a canvas that caressed eardrums. His love for all music saw him develop an ear for distinctive styles, lyrics, and rhythms. With over a decade of stage and talent show performances behind him, Intra has endured and is one of the leading lights in Jamaican music. He has seen his peers recognize both his talent and his growing popularity, which is making him a key figure in a thriving Jamaican music scene.

English-based producer Styder Beats has teamed up with Jerry Wonda from Wonda Music to introduce “Whine It,” the smash single from Jamaican artist Intra. This single introduces a complete blend of Afrobeat and dancehall music, with a new-age futuristic sound to capture the energetic vibe as well as the authentic flow on this record. “Whine It” is themed with Jamaican dance styles and a song highlighting the beauty of the female throughout. With a very good melody, Intra showcases his vocal abilities and carries a clear vibe to the song. The vibrant music video showcases an in-depth look at Jamaican culture, with beautiful women at the center of it. Spending years writing and performing as a child, Long Beach native Naomi Cheyanne was recognized for her talents early on. Immersing herself in RnB and Pop genres, Cheyanne’s distinct vocal melodies and intuitive lyricism was easily admired by listeners.
